How LCC Manages Your Cleaning

Our training. Your site requirements.

Before starting, cleaners complete LCC’s own digital induction and relevant training in cleaning methods, safe product and equipment use, and preventing cross-contamination. Completion is monitored, with site instructions and practical guidance from supervisors preparing staff for your building.

Staffing and cover organised by LCC

We monitor attendance digitally and coordinate cover through our own pool of staff, with area supervisors able to step in when needed. Our management team organises the arrangements and keeps you informed.

Standards checked and action recorded

Supervisors carry out inspections and recorded quality audits against your cleaning specification. Shortfalls are addressed and checked again, with audit and reporting arrangements agreed with you.

Our teams work around live trades and evolving priorities while maintaining quality control and programme focus. How We Work

Our Five-Stage Cleaning Process

LCC uses a clear five-stage process to manage cleaning throughout a construction project, from the initial site visit through to final handover.

Site Visit

We begin with a site visit to assess the condition of the premises, review the cleaning requirements and confirm timeframes. This allows us to understand the project requirements and prepare the team accordingly.

Develop a Cleaning Plan

We create a cleaning plan around the client’s programme, including the allocation of a supervisor and team leader to coordinate the work.

Fully Trained and Insured Staff

Our trained and insured team carries out the cleaning work. The supervisor oversees the work, while the team leader coordinates the team on site and helps maintain the required standards.

Quality Assurance and Progress Follow-Up

We use quality assurance software to monitor and record progress. Regular site checks and communication with site management help ensure the work is completed to the required standard.

Final Inspection and Handover

The supervisor carries out a final inspection to ensure the cleaning has been completed to the required standard. Once approved, the site is ready for occupancy or the next stage of the project.

After Build Cleaning Services Include

The initial stage of cleaning focuses on removing construction dust, plaster, paint marks and general debris from surfaces, including window frames, kitchens, bathrooms, fixtures and fittings. This prepares the property for snagging and final inspections.

Sparkle Clean

Our sparkle clean provides the final level of detail, ensuring a clean and polished finish throughout the property. Every surface is cleaned to a high standard for inspection and presentation.

Re-Clean Service

Where a re-clean is required, we'll work with you to provide a quick turnaround and bring surfaces back to the required standard. Our flexible approach helps keep the project moving.
